Here in Minnesota, ag values have about doubled. Housing market in urban areas have tanked, 30% down.

I think that will have some serious bad effects on ag real estate taxes in MN. The 'minor' increases on the farm property tax has been 11-15% a year the past several for me, and that is before the housing bust......
