Used to carry the old multi peril crop insurance for a long time. Usually if I had a bad year,it was never quite bad enough to collect on and then the premium only added to the woes of a poor income. I think I only collected one year, probably 1967 or 1983. Since we are way overdue for a stinker of a crop, I might go with GRP this year, but I don't know but very little about it.
