Michigan | Why? 85% and 75% germ beans are not acceptable. I understand beans are short in some areas but if what you are saying is true you paid for a product and they did not deliver. I don't know what you recourse is but I know if you only paid 75 to 85 percent of your invoice someone would be after you.
Ron - Companies and IPSA and ASTA have voiced concerns to no avail. So we have accepted it and carried on. (though looking back we should have invested in some type of lubricant)
