I have it, but refer to it as field master mediocre.

What I have been doing for a fertilizer blend is to first call it something like "wheat blend 2008." Then enter in the exact analysis of the blend you are using (ie. 28-14-5-5). Then take the total cost of your blend/tonne and convert it into a price per application unit. I apply my fertilizer in pounds/acre so I convert the price down to $/pound.

This way when you are entering in your fertilizer application record, it will come up with the default unit that you are applying in. If you want to leave the price in $/tonne, this will show as a default in your fertilizer record, which you can then change and all of your costs will then be converted for that record.
