I also need to add, when we sent bin-runs to lab for germ, we got a specific score....91% or 93% or 94%, whatever.

Factory beans always read 90%. But, I'm told they do that because they'd get sued if they tagged 93% & someone retested & found 90%. But, I never did hear explanation of how they handle it if beans DO test 90% & tag @ 90%.

At any rate....just legalize RRSB saving & this "problem" we have this yr (or probably next) would not exist.
