Weiner, AR
You are allowed by law to save the AgriPro Coker wheat, but not the Pioneer. Pioneer wheat is patented and cannot be saved or sold for seed unless under contract. AgriPro is PVP'd and can be saved for personal use. I am an AgriPro Coker Associate/Processor and can tell you that several seed houses have been sued by Syngenta, the owner of AgriPro Coker for selling PVP'd wheat as pasture wheat., which is another issue. AgriPro Coker also requires their varieties go through the certified seed program.
