Subject: RE: Cyclo Owners, some more questions

West Central Texas
Just bought a nice 6x38 900. This is my first red planter so I guess I'll be on a learning curve for awhile. Glad this thread came up so I can ask a couple of questions to some experienced owners. First, who makes the covers that fit over the seed drum? Used to see them advertised in some magazines but can't remember who made them. Next, I'm in the process of moving the units out to 40 inch row spacing. No big deal really but the front mounted gauge/drive wheels(this is a semi-mount rig) need to be moved out to make room for the units to the inside of them and to be centered correctly. Will the drive sprockets and other stuff mounted to the main shaft move easily or should I cut the shaft and re-couple them after moving the gauge wheels? Is there a hex coupler made that will acomplish this? TIA.
