southern MN | Here in southern Minnesota, we had little snow cover, was looking pretty nice......
Now the past 3 weeks, we are in a cool spell - they say we are 12 days behind on weather, spring coming late. As well we are getting heavy wet snow bands. 'Nother one predicted on Thursday. Ground is a 1/2 frozen, 1/2 waterlogged mess. Doesn't freeze up, frost hasn't gone out yet, just status quo.
We don't normally get corn in until the 2nd half of April, looks like we will not be early this year after the past week & projected cool spell.
