West Texas | The 12" of snow we got here last Thanksgiving is all that's keeping my dryland wheat alive. C'mon, rain, don't miss me after you've dumped on everybody else!
If I *do* get rain, I'll likely cut it for hay, and not grain. If I did cut it for grain, it'll be about the last of May or early June.
South of San Angelo is in good shape, looks to me. They might not think so, but I'd be happy with a stand like theirs. They usually cut in May. | |
