In this case the nitrogen is coming from Urea, and I don't remember weight per gallon of urea 10-0-0. That one would be a bit light of 10#. However, 10-10-10 would come in about 10.5 to 10.8#/gallon. If you have 10 US gallons of that product, you would then have approximately 10# Nitrogen. Sorry, just remembered that it is supposedly "Organic" 10-0-0. Washings from the gutter, or leachings from rotted material probably come in at around 9 - 9.2#/gallon.
