My experience shows about 5-10% reduction in germination. Had a bag that was 3 years old a year ago. Needed a few to finish planting and wasn't about to drive 40 miles for 1 bag. I think thery all came up from the way they looked. Germ a few on a wet paper towel and let us know what they did.
