| Yep both of my main supplers told me the same thing. One excuess they gave me was that so much RU alfalfa seed went into production that convional seed feilds were on ther way out. So with the shortage of seed, they had no choise but to coat what seed they did have to try to streach it out.......I wouldnt really have a big problem with buying coated seed but when it costs more per bag and you get less seed its a hard one to swallow.... As long as we use the air foil or a airplane we dont have many problems, but like said sowing it with a grain drill is sometimes a distaster.....
Scott, do you have any sorce for a 5-6 dormant non coated seed?
