Hay shortage in South?

Most is not very good..... but it is there in the bale.

This area was short last year, so everyone baled all they could. Some of those bales are still in the field. Exactly where they rolled out the baler. Don't see the point of baling and then letting it go to waste, but it is not ours, so I will not worry.

We have over 200 big squares of grass in the barn. It will keep until next year. I may need it next year. It could rain every two days in May. Thus, I will not be able to bale.

The grass is growing. I will let the cows eat the hay in the feeders, then turn them out to pasture.
