I don't think you should expect a premium. You should instead expect a new set of headaches in trying to find buyers who want to deal with big squares.
3x3x8 bales tend to weigh a few hundred pounds less than 5x5 or 5x6 round bales, so you'll take a weight hit, too.
All that aside, good luck with the new round baler.
