North Cental Mo. | Yeah, that would work, anything you both can live with. Even Ten bucks an acre either direction isn't going to break either of you. Several years ago, around here hay, and pasture, (Not alfalfa hay) rented for twenty to thirty bucks an acre, I have heard as high as $50 now, but can't confirm that. I want to add the hay ground wouldn't have made 3-4 big bales to the acre though, more like 2 - 2.5 an acre, and that makes a difference.
