Not a rumor. Judge in Washington state put the injunction in place. Won't meet to discuss it until July 17th. By the time the decision is handed down it may be too late for the CRP to get hayed. This will be a big problem for alot of cattle producers. Hay is always in short supply, take out the CRP hay and you have a real problem. I believe the National Wildlife Federation (NWF) is the one to blame. What will they say when the contracts run out and the majority of this land is cropped. We had more pheasants before CRP than we do now.
