Ethridge, TN
I don't own one, but have rented one several times, as fortunately, this dealer also has a rental fleet. I had a 320 this summer to do some tight work in around buildings, as well as redo a pasture lane that had turned into a mud pit. In less than 8 hours, I was able to do a lot of regrade work, move about 20 tons of mud, and then distribute and grade out 100 tons of limestone screenings. I have access to a JD410E hoe, but the confines I was working in made the skid loader a much better machine for the job. Now if I have to do a lot of loading and have an open area to work in, I'll choose the 410 to work with.

Ray, I tried to talk the dealer into letting me demo/rent one of the track machines for the project I had to do, but they just won't do it with those. A few to many $$$ tied up in those units. I did drive one at their summer customer appreciation days, and I would definitely agree with how smooth and controllable the track units are.
