Hopefully Badger has it covered.  

 

The only thing that might require a jack is the back end, unless they were smart enough to have the axles extended a little.  

 

If it truely had to be narrowed up to haul the step will be off and also possibly the rear motors and one final drive.    The more they took off the more work it becomes, but the process remains the same.
