Southwest Missouri | There is a lot of grass hay, but I do not think much of it is real good. Most is ok, just not real good.
We had rain too often for the grass hay to get baled when it should. I got a few fields baled and in the barn the middle of May. I like to have it all by then. The last half was weeks later. It was also put up without rain, but it can not be great. I mean, when you are cutting fescue hay and your neighbors are stump cutting fescue seed, you know it is not a good situation.
