| I have harvested grass with an R72 and found the air blast was not a problem and at the same time there was a good sample in the grain tank. The combine had no trouble in harvesting the crop in fact with this particular grass which grows over 7 feet tall, the feeding into the front was the main concern. There was a little loss behind but I have seen more loss in Canola crops. The Gleaner was probably more forgiving in the settings than a walker machine I had also used in the same crop. Of course your crop conditions may be a lot different to what mine was. John. | |
