I think a 5 shank ripper should do with your tractor, I would even try a 7 shank (10') depending on your soil, but would take care to rip at an angle of at least 20 to 30° to keep good traction, duals will help too.
The shape of the shanks can have an influence on traction: I prefer parabolic shanks.
