| There was a foot throttle option availbe from CIH for those tractors. That would probably be the easiest way to get what you need (but likely the most costly, too).
We have a 7250 and I shift between F and R without the clutch. The problem is that it won't let you shift from a higher F gear to N without downshifting through every gear (pushing the clutch solves that), but you can shift from 1F to R without the problem or R to any reasonable F without the clutch. You have to give it a second in netural to let the accumulator pressure go down to prevent a jerk.
