When we had 20,000 layers, we started out with a shovel and wheel barrow. Then we had a 12 hp garden tractor with loader. We were really big time when we got a Bobcat 444 (18 hp Onan engine and shuttle clutch).

If we had a rig like that, I might still be moving manure :)
