Subject: they will work

We had a Brunning mounted on the back of our gravity wagon for several years. Last year we traded it and switched to a push only Yetter Seed Jet. Seems the Brunning was in the upper 4's, about the same as the seed jet with a gas motor, we opted for the hydraulic drive and it was a lot cheaper, something in the low 3's without going and looking it up.

I like the smaller hose and cyclone on the seed jet and the hydraulic drive. On our CCS we made a bracket to hold the cyclone above the hoppers and swivel from either side, left the hose on the planter and just quick couple it together when we plug in the hoses. Either one give you a lot of flexability in being able to just get close and not having to be in the exact right spot, you can fill over road ditches or what ever you want. For corn we put our starter in tanks in a step van on each end, put seed in the middle with the seed jet, brought the seed hose and hydraulic hose out the side door. It was nice, sacks didn't blow away, shut the doors and it's all dry and secure.

Call Ron Siemens, Boone Valley Equipment, Renwick, IA 515-824-3231 He sells them both. Nice guy to work with.
