Years ago my father caught his leg on a step out of his 4020 cab. Fell all the way down and broke his leg in 3 places. That just before he was ready to plant his first field of the spring. My younger brother planted that spring, and like everyone who has never planted before, the rows were not all perfectly straight. Dad raised hell all summer, brother just kept telling him the population was higher/acre. Planting with a 6 row(not straight) and harvesting with a 4 row head was a bit more of a challenge, but they lived through it.
