South-central Nebraska | I'm still hoping for a Cat MT in the future but was at Husker Harvest Days and took a look at a TG 305. Had some time to waste waiting to meet some people so I looked it over. The design and look is really starting to grow on me. The cab is very roomy, I love the short hood, view is good and it seems like a well put together tractor. Like almost all of the competition, the junky plastic control arm has room for improvement but other than that I liked it. We dont have many blue tractors around probably due to a shortage of dealers. Some Case IH dealers carry them but still lean toward selling the Magnum due familiarity.
Are the roots of the TG and TM tractors that of Ford? The show area had a llot of young reps running around and seemed pretty aggressive to show their product. | |
