The old rule of thumb here was 10hp per shank? So, that would be right about 70hp. I think the 720 will pull it at the depth needed. At the very worst, you might need to drop down to 6 shanks, but I would for sure follow the advice above, and pull the 2 outer ones, and see how it goes.
