Southeastern Kansas | Smoking a pipe for several years along with the stress of starting a new business landed me in the hospital with chest pains one night. Lots of wires and tubes running in and out of me in the intensive care unit. There were Old farts all around the same way as me but many years older plus a sexy young nurse plus I couldn't even get up to pee. I asked myself if smoking was worth all that. Got out of the hospital the next morning, first thing I did was pee and the second was throw the damned pipe over the hill. Business flourished to something really big and no chest pains for over 25 years.... What a country we live in. | |
