Brake lights on a hydrostatic ???

Subject: Here's a novel idea.


Let's add depth perception testing to the drivers test. Can't "see", can't drive. If you can't judge your rate of closure you are not safe. I don't know how many times I have seen people run up behind cars or trucks on the interstate and slam on the brakes to keep from hitting the car in their lane. No excuse for this type of driving.

Make the roads safer for everyone, not just farm machinery. I know, I am evil for making people responsible for their driving habits. There are very few "accidents". Don't even get me started on safe following distances.......

Hydro? Two pressure switches. One on each side of the hydro. Negative pressure diff. to the "back" side, light comes on. Add kick out for the hydro lever in reverse so the lights don't keep coming on in the field. The newer "fly by wire" setups should be very simple.
