Hendricks MN | I have a 36 x22 Brock bin with 2x 15 horsepower DMC fans. 20% corn is about the wettest I want to put in it. I run the fans until it cools down in the fall then for a couple of days in the winter to "freeze" corn then run for a couple of week in the spring to finish drying. Depending on your location you may be able to put wetter corn in or dry all of it in the fall. I do get better test weight than heat drying.
Price out other bins, CMC is petty proud of their fans. Their are other high horsepower high pressure fans manufactures. | |
