We had a NH 790 for eight years and the only time it would not blow to the back of the wagon was when the blow -pipe liner ["note" not the blower band] wore out [hole in it] Never a problem with to high or to low moisture % Check for a hole in the liner ! Very little difference between a 782 and a 790
