All I know is that I've got a tractor that did the same work on a little over half the fuel before I got this one. The trouble with the effecient one is that it's only a 2WD and some of my equipment was a bit more than it could get traction for in tough going. Still it did pulled my field cultivator over 2 acres on a gallon of fuel. The MX, without changing the settings of the same field cultivator and with FWA, only got 1.25 acres done per gallon.
