Yes. Worked well for me but it has been 10 years. Should be soft enough depending where you are you won't need to fill the barrels with liquid for ballast. Just set the dept and dig to make sure you are getting it the right depth. It will put it in the ground. Can't think of anything specific, it was easy to use.
