When I call they say "nobody else is complaining" I tell them that most will not, they just go elsewhere.
BUT I BITCH when I think something is NOT RIGHT.
Rember the little bitty filler necks on the 03 & earlyer diesels, I bitched, Now the newer 1's you can put a truck nozzel into & they'll take it. Nice to be able to use the 30 GPM nozzel.
Now IF people would call the mfg & bitch about the problems, maybe some of the BS might go away.
