You sure do not want to get caught on the road with ag diesel in a truck or pick-up. Here Kansas the fine is $1000.00 or a $1.00 per gallon of capacity that your truck has which ever is greater. So if your truck has a couple of 100 gallon fuel tanks on it the fine would be $2000.00. That would hurt!
