I assume you're talking drive shaft? Not 4wd front axle shaft joints?

We have:

'96 Dodge 2500 4wd

'98 Dodge 1500 4wd

'03 Dodge 2500 4wd

'05 Dodge 3500 4wd

We've never changed a driveshaft u-joint. However, front end axle shaft joints can be a problem. The 1/2T truck uses smaller joint & there is no room for grease zerk. The replacement frt joints for the 2500 DO come w/zerks. Original equipment doesn't.
