Have you considered bulk filling from a dispenser on a 35 lb pail and filler nipples on your grease guns? I have been filling grease guns this way for 20 years and almost never have trouble with air getting into grease guns. Filling grease guns from a dispenser is a lot less messy and you can top them off every morning so you don’t have to worry about running out of grease when you need it.
Problems with new grease guns, anybody else?
