Liming with dolomitic lime vs Ag lime

Yes it is a light sandy soil and they only recommend a ton to the acre and most always the lime we get is about 60 ECCE and according to their chart that is about 1 1/2 tons to the acre. Here lime is spread for $38.00 a ton,but with dolomitic lime does the same rate apply to it as ag lime? My calcium and magnesium rates are low but I don't know if I can get dolomitic lime.
