Need a horn, brake light, rear veiw mirror, light on license plate and need road legal tires. 

Hand signals will work and no speedo.  I have tags for my wheeler but do not have most of the requirements, oops.  The only place they really seem to care is all the wheelers running around in Souix Falls.  Those guys are going to wreck it for everybody!!

Car dealer in town had one of them lit jobbers on the lot for a long time.  Don't know if he sold it or were it went.
