Try taking this loose, cleaning them good, and then re-tighten. The grounds are critical, or all sorts of funny things can happen when it tries to "find" a ground thru another system.
The other time I saw something like this happen is when a cornerpost display had been changed. In replacing the cover face, a wire got pinched and caused a short which created all sorts of havoc. | |
