Subject: Let the poor guy run his equipment, it's his fuel!

We all take pride in the stuff we have and any experienced farmer should know every area in the world is different. Personally I'm convential/minimum till, but I'm open to no till if I run low on time or fuel and pick up more ground. I don't think it's right to believe no-till or tillage is the only way. It's up to the farmer and what he thinks works for him/her and the area. The guy was just trying to show you how he does things and takes pride in his equipment he isn't telling you that you aren't a farmer if you don't chisel or have a giant tractor. Good luck in the arguement!
