NWIL | You beat me to it, if the cart driver is setting the speed, its simply because he/she simply doesn't have "it." "It" being the skill of knowing how to run a cart correctly, the more people I dump on, the more convinced I am that its something that a person is born with. I've seen a LOT of cart drivers, can count on one hand how many I'd consider good, with many others I just shout in the radio out of frustration to put their hand on the right hand window....so its not on the throttle. Seems guys from Ireland are born with "it." :)
As for the original question, for a short period of time when I visited Australia last year I ran a CVT tractor on a cart, made me look like I halfway knew what I was doing. In opposition to the general theme of this thread, and I may be the recipient of rotton vegetables thrown my way, it was not green, but red. Yes, red. Dang shame that we can't get a CVX on this continent, really was a nice tractor. | |
