That is how we do it as well, the cart follows the speed of the combine. I did run an Agco DT 240 A with the CVT transmission with a 750 bu grain cart. I liked it. You can use the throttle or tranmission to adjust speed. The transmission itself can have the RPM's set so you aren't running wide open.
