We've had the drain line from the freezer to the catch pan ice up beyond what the auto defrost could thaw. This was at the back of freezer copartment and the defrost water found other routes to floor. If management doesn't want to shut down the fridge long enough for a complete defrosting, try thawing the freezer out with a hair dryer.....Bill
