Subject: This is what I found....

NE SD

I don't have a camera cable with so I can't show you guys. The fridge is a "frost free" model, but has to be one of the early ones made.

There has never been any frost in the freezer portion since I moved in. It seems that it works well, freezing cubes fast, but it doesn't make ice cream rock hard, so it can't be too cold.

Removal of the front cover on the bottom again revealed a couple things to me. Slightly to the left of center, there is a line that drops out of the front of the refridgerator and goes towards the back turning into a metal line back in the darkness. This rubber part of the line doesn't look like it is in the best of the shape where it comes out of the bottom of the refridgerator and it is frosted over at that location. I reached in to the pan, and the pan is BONE dry.

Checking all of the seals shows them to be fine. It does seem that it runs all the time now that I am finally paying it attention this evening....and it kind of makes a real quiet whooshing sound.
