Hi farmerjon52,
I've been tinkering with a couple cheese factories and their wash water/whey. This is definitely a good place to take a sample. I get concerned about salt content. It should be good fertility content, there is one field that the soil samples came back extremely high in P, but the field is just cattle pasture. They have found it attracts some wildlife, coyotes, sea gulls, that pick up curd that is in there. Depending on if this whey includes wash water, it may be fairly concentrated or maybe not.
