Had the same problem before and it was a plugged drain line also, but we gave it a good cleaning also. But on another note, we bought a new fridge a year ago and it started freezing stuff a few months ago and couldn't figure out how the darn thig kept getting turned "COLDER". Watched our daughter (24 months) reach in for a drink and she grabbed that knob and gave it a spin "COLDER". Ah ha, problem solved. But I have to wonder, why have they moved the light and control to the front of the fridge instead of on the back wall. Now we loose about 2 inches of height for about 1/2 the width of the top shelf. Engineers &%^&*^%^*&%^*&&^^&*((!!!!
