IF this date you have in your mind is exceed, how will you react?
Also, a point. Patent infringement is a civil matter, it is not punishable, but rather the violator is required to pay damages to the patent holder, the one who is damaged. Jail time for patent infringement is not a possibility, patent infringement is in no way criminal, it is a civil matter.
