South Georgia | Rich, if you go to http://www.jdparts.deere.com/ you can click on 'John Deere Parts Catalogue' on the left, and that'll let you look up stuff like they do at the parts counter at the dealership. If you register, then you can look up parts according to what it is, and it's dimensions (like looking up a part number for a particular O-ring or something), and you can also get the dimension of some parts (like seals and bearings), so that you can get them at your local machine shop, if they're closer. Don't know about any other companies doing this, but that's the one thing that I really appreciate Deere doing.
