When corn returned to this area around '87-88 the first generation had lots of Massey and Gleaner heads on any brand of combine you wanted to find them on. The used heads in the market were MF, Gleaner, and Deere and the Deere's were basically identical to a new one, so they demanded a price higher then many wanted to spend on a crop they were "trying out"
